10kg box @ £14.00/kg = £140.00 - containing 1 topside joint, 1 silverside joint, 1 pack of 2 sirloin steaks, 1 slice of rump steak, 2 packs of braising steak, 3 packs of diced stewing and 6 packs of mince*

*we reserve the right to make minor alterations to the contents. Buying a box will always save money on buying individual cuts.

We have housed our chickens, following a APHA housing order, to reduce the risk of Avian Influenza.

I have attached a statement from APHA for everyone’s information.
APHA: Due to the escalating number and expanding area of cases of avian influenza in kept and wild birds, the AIPZ with mandatory housing measures to protect poultry & captive birds has now been extended to the whole of England for all keepers of over 50 birds and all keepers who sell or give away eggs or poultry products (even if they keep fewer than 50 birds). www.gov.uk/government/news/national-housing-order-declared-to-protect-poultry-from-avian-influenza. All keepers must continue to follow stringent biosecurity measures. The AIPZ requiring mandatory biosecurity measures remains in place across GB: www.gov.uk/bird-flu
