Royal Mail Special Delivery up to 2kg, £10.00
APC Overnight Courier before 12 up to 10kg £15.00
We reserve the right to cancel, refund any orders that are priced incorrectly or in an un-saleable condition. This sometimes can happen with lives
tock. We will of course contact you should this happen. Packing:
Corals are packed double or tripple bagged, sealed with elastic bands. Bags are placed in polystyrene boxes, fillers are used to ensure tight packing. We use heatpacks in the cooler months. Please be aware that all deliveries require a signature. Parcels will not be left unless they are signed for so please ensure you are in on the morning of the delivery. If you do not accept and sign for your delivery on the first attempt then any claim is void. Should you have any problems we ask that you inform us within 1 hour of receiving the parcel and supply us with a photo of the livestock in the bag and within the aquarium. Please note that corals may remain closed due to stress and the rigours of transport for some time. DOA Policy
In the unlikely event that your livestock dies in transit you will be entitled to a refund for the livestock only. This will be offered in the form of a credit on future orders.
