Whilst 99% of our BFCM have now arrived for everyone and we have luckily rarely received abuse and blame as a business the odd few we have received it did make us realise just how upsetting and potentially business ending this could be for a smaller business or one man bands solely relying on Royal Mail. Whilst we have a different business operation and work with several different couriers; it does not deter us from being empathetic to other businesses that solely rely on Royal Mail; these strikes could potentially contribute to their closures due to customer complaints, reviews and disputes.
Please be kind & patience. You have months to make a claim (in a worse case scenario), the likelihood is it will just turn up very late. Any good business would always resolve if still not arrived after all the backlogs resolve. Strikes are going right through December so back logs will be continuous until the new year.
