COVID-19 UPDATE.
We have taken the advice of the Government and the BAR (British Association of Removers) to write up the following action plan, relating to the recent events concerning the Coronavirus (Covid-19).
All removals which are currently booked will continue to take place, we have made this decision based on an interview with Mr Gove MP this morning (24th March), appearing on BBC news he specifically said “that for those moving house it might well be too far down the process to stop and these moves should proceed, but any others should be postponed and cancelled”
We agree with this statement wholeheartedly so will not be taking any further bookings, as these we see as non-essential work.
We will also be closing our yards and office to all visitors, including our self-storage customers. In the event of an emergency we will arrange non-contact access for our self-storage customers, but only in the event of an emergency, and we urge all our customers to follow the guidelines in reference to staying home.
We would like to thank our customers and staff for their patience and extra diligence to hygiene and health and safety during this time.
We remind you that our phones will still be answered during office opening hours and emails will be answered.
