Today we had a “wear it pink day” to raise money for the breast cancer now charity in memory of our dear friend and colleague Helena Metcalfe 💕who is sorely missed and who should have been celebrating her 52nd birthday today.💔
A big thank you to all our staff at our Brighouse and Elland sites, who dressed up and donated cakes to sell, raffle prizes and were very generous with their donations. A huge thank you to our customers Manchester Drinks Company, Betty’s and Grandma Wilds who also donated fabulous raffle prizes.

A great effort from everyone involved, we are still counting, but we are delighted to have raised over £600 for a very worthy cause.

After over 20 years of service we say a fond farewell to our very own “ Super Woman” Heather Rushton! She has been an integral member of our admin team, we will miss her expertise and most of all the fun and laughter she brings to the team! We hope you have a long and happy retirement Heather and Happy 65th Birthday for tomorrow from all your friends and colleagues at Morton Group!

At our Brighouse site we are recruiting for temporary packing operatives for our 6-2 pm shift Monday to Friday. This could lead to permanent positions for the right candidates, as our business continues to grow. We pack and label a variety of products including Christmas gifting, greeting cards and alcoholic drinks.
We also have hours available that may suit college or university students. Full training will be given. Please send your CV to [email protected]
