🏗️ New 10ft ISO Container Supplied as Site Office for Leading UK Self-Storage Operator 🏗️

We recently supplied a brand new 10ft ISO shipping container, fully modified to act as an on-site office and secure control room, for a leading UK self-storage operator at their new site.

This unit now forms the operational heart of the site, housing all critical infrastructure, including:
✔️ CCTV and monitoring equipment
✔️ Internet & data systems
✔️ Electric gate and access control
✔️ Secure storage for servers and sensitive electronics

🔧 Bespoke internal modifications included:

- 15mm ply lining & full insulation to reduce condensation and protect equipment
- Internal LED lighting for a bright, usable workspace
- Multiple power sockets positioned to suit the client’s layout
- Provision for external power connection
- Custom access holes and trunking for CCTV, data, gate controls, and access wiring

All works were completed prior to delivery, meaning the container arrived ready to connect and operate immediately - no additional on-site modifications required.

We were very pleased to be awarded the contract for the supply and delivery of brand new (1-trip) storage containers to Cambridge City Council.
