The 2026 grape harvest is underway across Hampshire and West Sussex.

Our team has been busy supporting recruitment for the harvest, sending out over 100 grape pickers every day.

With plenty of activity in the fields and some great weather, it’s fantastic to see our associates, growers and recruitment teams coming together to get the harvest off to a positive start.

One of the best parts of our roles in recruitment is the opportunity to meet people from different cultures and backgrounds.

Recently, Magda, Monika and Adrian from our team had the opportunity to work on a recruitment project that did exactly that. From the incredibly warm welcome they received to the conversations, laughter and shared experiences, it was a great reminder of just how rewarding our industry can be.

The project welcomed 25 attendees, with 18 people successfully joining our region. Recruiting from a new community is an exciting step, helping us continue to build a diverse workforce while creating opportunities for people starting their journey with Pro-Force.

A huge thank you to everyone who took the time to meet with us. We look forward to seeing many of you again soon.
