Spotted a Hopp and worried it’s been abandoned? 💚🚲

We’ve had a few messages about Hopp bikes parked around the city or in residential areas on the outskirts of the city — but don’t worry!

Our bikes are undocked, meaning riders can finish their journey without returning them to a docking station. Every Hopp is GPS-tracked, and we can see that the bikes being reported are regularly being used by riders.

Not sure where you can Hopp? Simply download the Hopp app and check the map to see our operating area. 📍

And genuinely — thank you for looking out for our bikes! We really do appreciate everyone taking the time to get in touch. 💚

Parked doesn’t always mean abandoned — sometimes it’s just waiting for its next ride. 😉
