A few challenging tasks this week! Having the right tools help, without a torque multiplier no chance of torquing the fl**ge nut to 900-1000 lb/ft in that tight space! Checking the price of that socket, wouldn’t want to pay that now 😦

A chilly start but soon warmed up with a busy day of brake inspection/cleaning! We never compromise on Health & Safety; although removing the water reduces the weight by approx 12 tons the vehicle still weighs around 24 tons. A long reach 25 ton air Jack improves safety from being in the risk zone, axle stands rated at 15 tons each offers plenty of support with a 500kg wheel dolly for safe wheel removal. A recent upgrade to makita impact wrenches reduces airline use removing trip hazards in work area. πŸš’πŸ˜€
