Already been transporting exotic cold-blooded pets for a couple of years now, solely for a large wholesaler in my temperature controlled, heated van (no heat-mats or heat pads - but heated by a gas nightheater same as in campervans and trucks). I would like to open up my services to the rest of the UK reptile community to provide the same quality of service. My record of transport success can be v

ouched for by a large percentage of the reptile retailers in the North of England and the Central belt of Scotland. I have NEVER had a problem with any of the animals I have transported! There are many couriers out there that claim to be "Fully Insured"......I'm afraid that you are being deceived if you believe this as it is not possible to get insurance for reptiles from any insurer - even an underwriter at Lloyds in London won't touch them.

I am overwhelmed with the support I have received over the last year and find all the attention awenspireing.
Although the attention that has been paid to this page in the last 12 months has been great, I must emphasise that although your interest is of the utmost importance, I must emphasise that I cannot at this time take up the challenge to which you want me to fullfill.
If you continue to support my philosophy going forward then at some stage I will have to fulfill my commitment to the reptile community as there is obviously a commitment to the cause for ethical transport. Good evening all.

It is with huge regret that I have had to put this project on hold for now.

This has come about due to an increased workload due to TNT changing their working practices and an expansion of my comittment to Peregrine Livefoods.

Those of you who have come to know me over the last couple of years will understand that I will not do anything unless I can give it full committment.

Hopefully in the future I can fulfill my ambition of providing the UK with an animal courier service that is transparent in it's operational practices and run by DEFRA rules..... it's what you all say you want!

Hi all.

I have been a bit quiet on here as there has been a lot going on in the background.

On the 12th of December TNT as you all are probably aware are stopping any sort of animal transport and I have been working towards a way of involving myself in a solution to this.

I would imagine there should be some sort of decision in the next few days and I will keep you all informed.

At the end of a long day of transporting trade stands, kitchens and bathrooms finally pick up my latest batch of reptiles. Currently resting them overnight at Johnstone to do the Scottish deliveries tomorrow.

After speaking to a lot of people regarding this project l am hearing a lot of horror stories and so called "professionals" who believe the law either doesn't apply to them or just think they won't get caught......crazy! What about the animals?
