45 years ago, three teenagers walked into Woolworths on a Saturday morning and had absolutely no idea they were walking into a friendship that would last a lifetime. 💛

Sarah was always on the record counter — obviously, because that’s where all the boys hung around 🎵😂
Karen had claimed the pick & mix.
And me? I was always stuck pricing up sanitary towels🙈

Nobody tells you when you’re 15, clutching your price gun in a navy uniform, that Woolies is actually handing you two very important people.

Woolworths gave me something that’s now into its fifth decade. Two best friends, a million memories, and apparently a lifelong trauma around sanitary towels. 😂❤️

Here’s to friendship that started on a shop floor and has since taken us on many adventures.

Thank you Woolies. You did me good. 💙
