P & O ferry crossings are now live for 2027! Stena is also live and we’re expecting DFDS to release their 2027 dates soon for Newcastle to Amsterdam (the French crossings are live).

🇳🇱 Just back from a lovely relaxing weekend at Landal Waterpark Oudehaske in Friesland. It was just the place to relax and enjoy a slower pace of life.

💦 Our accommodation on this new park had a wonderful waterfront position, as did all of the other lodges.

Stena line ferries travel from Harwich to the Hook of Holland with two daily crossings to choose from; the overnight crossing and another during the day.

Travelling by ferry enables you to bring your own car and all the luggage you desire. If taking the overnight ferry, your early arrival in the Netherlands allows you to make the most of your chosen destination, even on the day of arrival.

💦 This is the perfect place to relax, unwind and sleep after your day in the theme park. There is comfortable accommodation sleeping between 4 and 16 people, a park shop, restaurant and pool.

🇳🇱 Walibi Village is also an good option as a stopover on your way to other Dutch holiday parks. An overnight stay also includes one day entrance to the theme park.
