We had an absolutely amazing time at Truck Fest South West at Bath and West Showgorund, Shepton Mallet this weekend. Brilliant turn out from our team and to top it off 3 highly commended’s for F25 F26 and F27, it shows the hard work pays off. Well done to Dwaine, Tony and Alan for the time and effort put into your trucks, you did a fantastic job 🧽 🧼 Thanks to all of our dedicated drivers and staff for attending. Here’s to next year 🍻

We pride ourselves at Freightways on giving our staff career progression.

Our valued employee Matt started with us as a forklift and warehouse operative, moving on to assisting our pallet network driving a 3.5 tonne van, then progressed to his HGV Class 1 license earlier this year.

He is currently cutting his teeth in the world of haulage driving one of our 15T rigid vehicles on local pallet network deliveries and collections, this week he went out with our experienced driver Mike for a class 1 training day in the local area.

Well done Matt, and thanks for your hard work and loyalty you are a valued member of our team 👍🏼
