For those that check our reviews before booking please let us explain the reasoning for this bad review we received yesterday.

This review isn't wrong however it doesn't reflect the true facts.

When Connor pulled up at Ripley he was there for 07:48 and the pick up is 07:50 he loaded the passengers on that were there waiting already and noticed there was two missing at 07:50. He waited until 07:52 which is after the departure time of 07:50. At the time of booking every customer receives an email confirming their pick up point and time which is also on our website, Facebook and our brochures. As most of you know we pride ourselves on our time keeping and customer satisfaction which is also reflected in all the other reviews on Google or Facebook. When this customer rang up to complain their first words were 'we are running late' (would a service bus sit and wait?!).

We hope this explains the review and doesn't stop anyone from booking in the future.
