SEVEN BOWLS CHABU

Seven years ago, I made the first one.

People kept asking:
“Will you make it again?”

So I did.

Inspired by Lu Tong’s Seven Bowls of Tea -

First bowl: the lips and throat
Second: loneliness disappears
Third: the mind awakens
Fourth: troubles are carried away
Fifth: the body is cleansed
Sixth: a glimpse of the immortals
Seventh: a cool breeze rises within

A narrow, elongated Chabu,
made from antique linen rescued in Stockholm.

Double-sided.
Soft and watercolour-like on one side,
sharp and graphic on the other.

Only a few were made.

And once they’re gone,
there will be no more.

A simple, grounded hour with tea 🍵

You are warmly invited to a guided group tea ceremony in the spirit of Cha Dao - the Way of Tea.

A shared moment to slow down, rest from constant thinking, and return to the senses through tea.

No prior knowledge required.
Only openness.

For 60-90 minutes we gather in a calm, attentive setting where tea becomes the quiet guide.

We drink carefully selected living, single-origin tea, prepared with care and served without hurry.

An invitation to:

* slow down
* settle the mind
* return to the present moment
* experience tea as more than a beverage

Come with an Empty Bowl - without expectations, simply ready to receive.

This ceremony may resonate with you if you:

* feel mentally busy or emotionally tired
* long for a moment of stillness
* are curious about tea beyond the everyday cup
* want a mindful experience without ideology

You do not need to be spiritual.
Just bring yourself as you are.

Contribution:
Suggested 200 SEK - or as much or as little as you feel.

Your presence matters more than the exact amount.

Today was our second gathering. What moves me most is seeing how people begin to feel the tea, observe, and practice in their own way.
