I had the pleasure of attending a very special evening at the legendary Hôtel , right on the Promenade des Anglais in Nice.

After seven months of renovation and an incredible €50 million transformation, this iconic Art Deco hotel has entered a beautiful new chapter as part of The .

We discovered the newly redesigned spaces, combining the timeless elegance of the Palais with a fresh, contemporary Mediterranean atmosphere.

The evening continued at , the hotel’s new restaurant, where Executive Chef introduced us to his Mediterranean-inspired cuisine through an incredible selection of dishes.

Beautiful food, delicious cocktails, music, and such a warm atmosphere made the evening truly special.

A huge thank you to General Manager Julien Renetaud and the entire team at Palais de la Méditerranée for their wonderful hospitality and for making us feel so welcome.

An unforgettable evening celebrating the rebirth of one of Nice’s most iconic addresses. ✨
