Welcome to GYMA Developers Limited (GDL)'s public page on Facebook.

GDL is a local based company that started in 1994. The company started acquiring land and worked to converting an agricultural based land to equal the requirements for residential development and sales to reflect the market value of Land today.

Over time, the company has worked hard to keep up with the company's mission to empower Fijians to buy land and maintain it or equally buy land and build a single affordable dwelling on it as compared to buying a property altogether. The drive to empower to shifting the mentality of the locals that acquiring land over time is much worth and given the locality you opt to pursue, the value of land will be in much demand.

Since the company started, it has sold residential lots pertaining to two Stages namely 1 &2. Currently the company is pursuing Stage 3 that has taken much of time, negotiations and talks with the relevant authorities as it sits alongside the Nausori Airport runaway.

The company envisages to start it's sales process soon.

All sales processes and purchase agreements are professionally carried out. The company does not do this alone. Because there are legal elements involved, GDL enages its lawyer, Mr Peter Knight of Cromptons Solicitors who has been well versed with the business operations. The company surveyor is Wood Jepsen Consultants.

Stage 3 is located along Vuci Road with nine (9) lots subdivided for selling. The company is awaiting approval with the relevant authorities to undertake the necessary steps.
