Latest rudder rebuild. The old one had split years ago and was in a sad waterlogged state.

We removed the old shells and core, cleaned up the steel and rebuilt over a HD PVC foam core.

Rush job this week to rebuild anchor winch base in 59ft cat that had failed due to plywood core rotting out. Had 5 days to do it before next charter. Completed in 4. About 15 hrs actually but allowing for curing times.
I need to thank my boys Navneet and Moji who are doing a great job in these busy times. Navneet especially has been doing some extremely high quality work. Thanks guys.

Small custom job for Bau and Karrin. 2 Rain guards to stop water running in through the fwd ventilation hatches (located on the inside of the hulls) when on anchor. Mold made from HD foam and polyester. Items polyester and gelcoat. Happy customers.

Great job to replace worn out teak treads on the sugar scoops of Stephane and Laure's Lagoon 470. We took a mould from a portion of the rear deck and replicated the non-skid pattern in sheets. Filled the void left by the teak with fibreglass plates, glued down the fitted treads of new non skid and detailed the surrounds. Looks like factory issued at the end. Great job!
