There are 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins), 2 bathrooms and can comfortable accommodate 6 people. There is a private shared pool that is right next door to the property. Alicante airport is only about 25 minutes away by car or taxi. The property has all you would expect from a holiday let in the sun. There is aircon throughout, UK TV, rooftop solarium, outside terrace and off street parking. The

village of Benijofar is a 10 minute walk. There you will find a number of bars and restaurants to suit all ages and budgets.

January in Spain and it's time to spruce the villa up a little.

Holidaying at our house is not just about relaxing in the sun.
It's also about checking out the local eateries. My current favourite is a 10 minute stroll from our front door. La Luna does both lunchtime and evening meals and is ridiculously cheap. 3 course lunch + a drink is just €7.90. Evening meals are a little more expensive but check out the starters!
