One day trip to Luxor from Hurghada

A one-day trip from Hurghada to Luxor to discover the great historical city of Thebes, as it was called during the era of the Pharaohs. Thebes was the capital of Upper Egypt during the New Dynasty and the great city of the god Amun. The city is also known as the largest and greatest open-air museum.

Luxor trip program from Hurghada

We pick you up from your hotel in Hurghada and begin our journey to reach Luxor.

We will visit the Karnak Temple, which was dedicated to the worship of the god Amun, and visit the amazing Way of Rams, which at one time extended all the way between the Karnak Temple and the Luxor Temple.

Then we will cross the Nile to the West Bank to visit the Colossi of Memnon, which are the only remains of the Temple of Amenhotep III, which was built during the Eighteenth Dynasty, i.e. 1350 years BC. The height of each statue reaches more than 19 meters.

We have lunch at the open buffet restaurant, then we will visit the Valley of the Queens, where the tombs of the queens and nobles of ancient Egypt are.

After that, we will visit the great and dazzling funerary temple of Queen Hatshepsut, the only woman who ruled Egypt during the era of the Pharaohs.

After that, we will take a free tour in the city of Luxor, where you can buy souvenirs or take a ride on the “Felucca” boat to Banana Island (not included in the trip price).

Then we start the trip back to Hurghada and we will deliver you to your hotel again.
