Position Details

Job Title: Production Shift Supervisor / Production Shift In-Charge

Industry: Paper Manufacturing

Location: Egypt

Shift Type: Rotational Shifts

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage production activities during assigned shifts

Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met

Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and stock preparation teams

Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime

Maintain accurate shift reports and production records

Requirements

Proven experience working in a paper mill (fluting, testliner, tissue, or similar)

Strong understanding of paper machine operations and shift management

Ability to work in rotational shifts

Good leadership and problem-solving skills
