Emass int. Shipping and Trading is looking for an experienced Freight Forwarding Sales & Operations Specialist to join our growing team.
Your experience should include:
Freight forwarding sales & business development
Job responsibilities
Sales Specialist:
Handling Air, Sea & Road Shipment freight. ✈️ 🚢 🚛
Preparing and following up on quotations.
Customer Relationship Management.
Identifying new business opportunities.
Operation Specialist:
Coordinating shipments from origin to destination.
Working with carriers, agents, customers and overseas partners.
Managing rates, documents & shipment follow up updates.
Requirements:
✅ Freight-forwarding experience is a MUST min. One year.
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✅ Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to manage customers and shipments efficiently
✅ Good relationship with shipping & air lines.
✅ Giza Residence is a preferred.
