First I would like to Thank everyone for their concern during my recent illness,all better now! Had the flu then a bacteria infection in my lungs. Good now Thanks.
Also would like to mark this day in 3 days the Chuck Wagon would have been running 10years, with over 20.000 followers, 10 thousands customers, 10.000,s of burgers and so,on many great conversations, happy times. Always Good Mood Good Food at least I try.
And so after 15years now I will take a vacation to Iceland, then so to the states, to pay respects to lost family and friends, spend time with my family, do some research and development, and of course some rest.
Will be back and up and running after Easter with lots of New Goodies.
