Dear Valued Customer,
We kindly request that payment be made immediately when your parcel is dropped off at any of our designated NCKL Logistics Services drop-off locations in Cameroon. Payment must be completed at the time of drop-off before the parcel can be accepted for shipment to Germany.
Please note that NCKL Logistics Services is unable to ship or forward any goods that have not been fully paid for. Parcels will only be processed for shipment once the required payment has been received.
We would also like to inform our valued customers that we do not provide free storage for unpaid parcels. Any goods left at our drop-off locations without payment are held entirely at the owner’s risk. NCKL Logistics Services shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, deterioration, or other circumstances affecting goods that have been left unpaid.
To avoid delays or complications with your shipment, please ensure that payment is made immediately upon dropping off your parcel.
