Before choosing a fertility agency, there are questions every intended parent should ask. Because not all agencies work the same way.
One of the most important ones is:
What happens if the donor is disqualified during the process?
Or… what happens if there isn’t a healthy embryo?
These situations are difficult, emotional, and unfortunately, not uncommon in this journey. That’s exactly why it’s so important to understand what kind of support and protection an agency actually offers before you begin.
At Suma Fertility, we don’t consider our job “done” just because a match was made.
If a donor is disqualified for medical, legal, or process-related reasons, we offer a replacement guarantee at no additional agency fee.
And if a cycle does not result in a healthy embryo, we do not simply close the case and walk away.
If the intended parents wish to continue, we will support them in matching with a new donor or repeating the process, again without charging a new agency fee.
Because choosing an agency isn’t only about finding a donor.
It’s about knowing what happens if things don’t go according to plan — and whether the team beside you is truly there for the full journey.
✨ The right agency doesn’t just guide you when things go well.
It stands by you when they don’t. 💪🏻
