A meaningful activity to do in Costa Rica with kids 🫶🏽

If you’e visiting Manuel Antonio, don’t miss a visit to — a wildlife rescue center doing incredible work to protect and rehabilitate animals in Costa Rica.

This is much more than a visit. It’s a chance for kids (and adults) to understand the real challenges wildlife faces here every day: deforestation, traffic, illegal pet trade, and sadly… electrocution from power lines.

We decided to share part of the reality because awareness matters, and this monkey’s story shows why organizations like KSTR are so important. 🐒

Thanks to donations, volunteers, and visitors, they can continue rescuing, treating, and, sometimes, releasing wildlife back into nature. 🦥

Waking up in Costa Rica 🇨🇷 feels like filming a documentary 😂

At 5:00 AM, the howler monkeys decide it’s time for everyone to wake up too… and trust us, they are LOUD.
The first time we heard them, we thought there was a dinosaur outside our window at 😳

One second you’re sleeping peacefully, the next you’re living in the middle of the jungle soundtrack 🌿

It’s one of those wild Costa Rica experiences you never forget.
�Beautiful? Yes.
Peaceful? Not always 😂
