How our cork sleeves are (hand)made 🩶🤝

Each sleeve is handmade in Portugal, crafted with precision so it fits the Graycano Dripper perfectly.

We work with natural vegan cork, backed with soft fabric, the perfect combo for durability, design and insulation of your dripper.
The process starts with laser-cutting the exact measurements, followed by hand-sewing every piece for a refined finish.

There’s a lot of love, care and craftsmanship behind every single sleeve and we’re deeply grateful to everyone involved in this process.

Morning light spills through the open window, painting the room in soft gold. Outside, the ocean breathes in slow rhythm, waves whispering against a distant shore. Created in collaboration with barista & cultural connector Yasu Nakamura and illustrator Misako Kishioka, this limited-edition sleeve blends coffee, art, and the spirit of Japan.

☕️ Yasu: born in Osaka, trained in Germany, rooted in both cultures is known for building bridges through coffee. From DJing and events to deep coffee expertise, he’s been shaping coffee culture in both Japan and Europe for over a decade.
🎨 Misako: a Tokyo-based illustrator with a soft spot for charming comics and heartfelt portraits brings warmth and detail into every line she draws. Her work has appeared in books, magazines, music videos, and now... around your Graycano Dripper.
