50+ clients. Same product. Almost none succeeded
Here's why a private supplier changes everything
Most experienced dropshippers doing 10-20 orders/day start by scouting products on TikTok, eBay, or Amazon or by following whatever is trending.
Take the compression travel backpack. We've had 50+ clients try to resell the same "Airback" style backpack, and almost none made it work.
Why?
❌ Everyone watches a product once it gets hot.
❌ Every competitor resells it at a rock-bottom price.
❌ You end up spending heavily on ads, with no profit left.
So what actually works?
When a client brings us a product idea, we share real market data and usually recommend starting from a differentiated feature or use case, building the version that fills the gap the original product doesn't cover, with demand already validated.
A real example
During COVID in 2020, one of our pet clients was reselling regular leashes. Their market research showed that many families own more than one dog, so they wanted a multi-dog leash.
We confirmed it was feasible, and samples and delivery were done within 7 days. Once ads went live, it became profitable quickly.
The real insight
Most sellers think the information gap is between them and their competitors. It's not. As a private supplier, we see 100x more real market data, and sometimes one small piece of information is enough to turn a store profitable.
A good private supplier isn't just a product provider. They're part of your seller team, a real partner. 🤝
