Women everywhere have been rattled and called to action this week by Jane Doe’s story.

We are outraged. We are heartbroken. And we are exhausted.

So we’re turning our anger into action- locally.

We’ve created a button and a keychain for the Durham R**e Crisis Centre. The DRCC supports survivors of sexual violence right here in our community. 100% of the proceeds after materials will be donated to the organization when you purchase a button or a keychain.

Because this isn’t just one case. It’s bigger than one story. It’s a culture we all have a responsibility to challenge.

Let’s have uncomfortable conversations with: our kids, with our friends, with each other. Let’s teach consent. Let’s believe survivors. Let’s call out the behaviour that enables sexual violence.

And let’s end this toxic manosphere bu****it.
