While Vancouver is buzzing this summer, the Canadian Rockies are waiting for you.

With the FIFA World Cup bringing extra love and attention to Vancouver, our Passage to the Peaks route offers a different kind of adventure. No crowds. No road closures. Just two days of all-daylight rail travel through the heart of the Canadian Rockies.

This is our only Rocky Mountaineer route that stays entirely within the mountains, beginning and ending in the iconic towns of Banff and Jasper. Along the way, journey below snow-capped peaks, alongside turquoise glacial lakes, and past the glacier-fed spray of Pyramid Falls.

Packages are available for a limited time in June and July 2026. Spots are filling fast.
