Just want to give a quick update for all our PEC customers. We currently hold the contracts for CAA, Canadian Tire Road Side as well as ASG. I am waiting for US Rider to get back to me. Mitch and Ethan are employed now with us bringing you the familiar faces you know. We have also added another truck and a dedicated service vehicle to assist our customers quicker. We have even found a pound location in the county so your vehicle doesn't need to leave PEC ( unless you want it in Belleville) We are hoping that we will have the County pound up and operational by July. This week we had a couple of customers call use after this contact who they thought was us, they had their credit cards charged over $300.00 for a local tow. We have done some digging and it appears that on some occasions its coming up with our name but not our number.

Its very important that you know your rights. We will always give you a quote and break it down exactly how it will appear on your invoice. We will only accept payment after you have been given a detailed invoice, sign the invoice that will also give you details regarding your rights! Our Maxium Rate Schedule.( unless you insist over the phone to pay)

We are deeply saddened by the news of a tow-truck driver tragically losing their life on Highway 401 in Cambridge yesterday. Although they were not part of our company, they are part of our towing family. Our Condolences go out to the driver's family. Please remember to slow down and move over for tow trucks and emergency vehicles when pulled over on the side of the road. The men and women assisting you in your time of need want and deserve to go home at night!

The forecast tonight is a bit wild, we are potentially seeing up to 40cm of snow locally( Think December 2022 Storm). Please be patient with us over the next few days as our operators do their best to assist you, eta's could be significantly long so if you have to travel please ensure that you are prepared( full tank of gas, phone charger, warm clothes water and snacks) For our CAA customers please remember that calls are not covered if your vehicle is snowbound.
