To kick off the week, we joined in passing the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower lanyard.

Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport joined the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Program in 2025. This program helps travellers with non‑visible disabilities signal that they may need extra time, support, or understanding. Our staff are trained to recognize the symbol and offer a calmer, more comfortable experience. Sunflower items are free and available in the terminal.

Today was a paw-sitive day at Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport! 🐾

This afternoon, Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport hosted the Dogs in Flight Adoption Event, bringing together community partners and animal lovers for a special afternoon focused on finding loving homes for rescue dogs.

In partnership with Nieuport Aviation, Toronto Animal Services, NutriCanine, and Jack Jackson Dog Photography, the event welcomed guests to meet adoptable pups, learn more about responsible pet adoption, and experience the Dogs in Flight exhibit up close.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support and helped give these dogs a new beginning!
