Results from spreading Food processing bio solids on corn land. The advantage is the bio solids are broken down immediately ready for plant up take . This material didn’t pass through a digestor but another word for Bio solids but left over from producing Methane is called DIGESTATE

Corn was planted May 22 of this year.

lastest picture was taken August 22 and corn stalk is at 109 inches and cob is 6 feet off the ground. This field had no rain in past 6 weeks with wicked heat

This job we have 4 Tankers hauling 34 km feeding 9000 gal nursery tank that 2 of our High Flotation spreaders are land applying on 300 acres

The product is digestor by product. it’s a fertilizer supplement with no nitrogen, but everything else that can’t be bought to build the soil. Call us to see if you are capable of get some for your farm .

Satellite Lagoons

We are in the process of doing another Transfer filling another satellite lagoon today. The idea is to have the manure where you need it WHEN you need it. All these lagoons we do are between 10-50 km away from the Source, and are full before client requires like for corn or after first or second cut.

Instead spending hours daily running the pavement, spread hours getting loads out FAST

Eliminate time, labour, wear ,tear and fuel. We move 9000 gals per load and travel posted speed

Story on this lagoon, we had done all his spring work. Now we are doing First cut spreading and emptying this lagoon. BUT with a twist….. Client had a large pile of dry manure about 1000 ton and he moved it and dumped into the lagoon as wanted to have it all spread uniformly. We added 72000 gallons from a close farm pond and mixed hard for several hours

Big picture, no dry spreader needed by him, none of his time spreading and he ulitized 100% manure by our custom operation
