Every job presents unique challenges, and this one was no different. In this case, we had to deal with an extremely high water table. Throughout the demolition process the groundwater was rapidly spilling in and causing trouble.
Like always, we were able to adapt on the fly and come up with a solution at no added cost to the customer. We managed to keep the water level low enough to allow for infill and the final result was a nicely compacted, dry backyard that was finished on time and on budget.
