🏆 PROVINCIAL CHAMPIONS! 🏆

The Tech-Lift Ball Hockey Club completed a perfect 6-0 weekend to capture the 2026 Newfoundland and Labrador Tier One Championship!

After battling back to defeat the Gander Raiders in the semifinal, Tech-Lift faced Crown Cabinets in the championship game. Trailing 2-1 entering the third, Matteo Rotondi tied it with a power-play blast before Andy Knight tipped home the eventual game-winner. Ty Peddigrew scored twice, including the insurance marker, while Clay Ryan picked up the win in goal in a 4-2 victory.

The championship marks back-to-back provincial titles for much of this group, who also captured the 2025 championship as the U23 NL Selects.

Next stop: Calgary for the 2026 Men’s A Nationals.

We are always proud to support our local community and young athletes! What a great weekend was had by this great group of kids, families, managers and coaches.
