A quick photo shoot for one of the brightest baby quilts I have ever made. This little one travelled all the way to France to meet my cousin’s new baby boy! It’s a privilege to be able to make quilt gifts and it brings me joy to do so. Quilting by the talented Piece and Pebble

My friend’s daughter was so happy to model this new hoodie made using the print called “Jellyfish” to help spread the word about the preorder going on with Amie

The fabric base is DBP and this sweet little one just loved how soft it felt to wear.

Round 42 continues with Amie and for my second strike sew I made the Lilac mini messenger from Blue Calla Patterns using bonded nylon. The print is called Blush bouquet and it’s so incredibly pretty. Reminds me of beautiful spring day. Grab it and some of the other 17 designs in the fabric base you want before the round ends! (Hardware from My Fabric Dresser and webbing from Blue Calla - both Canadian companies!🍁)

Back to school tomorrow means new routines and sometimes, fresh gear. We need to use our key cards every day now, so it was time for a new lanyard and lip balm holder set. Wishing all of us a good start tomorrow! ✏️ 📖 🍎

Happy Friday!
I finally finished the binding on this quilt and am gifting it to my beautiful friend this morning! With the many colours and textures to this quilt, Amy Piece and Pebble and I decided to quilt it with wavy lines to help bring it to life without making it overwhelming!
