Dear Light Guardians,

I hope this post finds you well, filled with cherished memories from our unforgettable journey through Nicaragua and Costa Rica in May 2023. As we reflect on the experiences we shared, I am compelled to express my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you for your enthusiastic participation and genuine camaraderie throughout the trip.

Our excursion was not merely a tour; it was a transformative exploration guided by the wisdom of Hikuri and the remarkable teachings of Mara'akame Don Andres, of the Wixarika people. For those unfamiliar, Hikuri, also known as pe**te, holds profound cultural and spiritual significance for the Wixarika community of Mexico. It is revered as a sacred medicine that fosters healing, introspection, and connection with the divine.

Under the guidance of Mara'akame Don Andres, we were privileged to partake in ceremonies and rituals centered around Hikuri, embracing its healing properties and the ancient wisdom it imparts. Through these sacred practices, we not only deepened our understanding of indigenous traditions but also forged a profound bond with the land, its people, and each other.

As we journeyed through the lush landscapes of Nicaragua and Costa Rica, we were enveloped by the beauty of nature and the rich tapestry of cultures that call these lands home. Together, we immersed ourselves in the rhythms of life, savoring the simplicity of each moment and embracing the interconnectedness of all beings.

I am deeply grateful for the openness, respect, and reverence with which each of you approached this journey.
