I'm a long time seller of many quality items, almost exclusively items are quantities of one. I've been an eBay member as stuff4uuuu since Nov 4 1999 and have a current Above Average Rating of 100% with 1,362 Positive transactions as both buyer and seller and growing. Some of my items are never listed on eBay and some never listed here, as shipping makes them impractical. WHERE ARE WE

e are located near Middleville, Ontario, right in the heart of beautiful Lanark County. We are within 10 minutes of Lanark; and 23 minutes of Perth, Carleton Place, Almonte; and only 40 minutes from Calabogie, Arnprior and Kanata. WHO WE ARE/AREN'T
We are a home based hobby, not a business. We do sell our own personal property and items, as well some interesting articles we acquire along the way. We are not a public store, there are no open hours, no fitting rooms, no browsing except online, all dealings are by appointment only, we do enjoy our privacy. HOW DO YOU KNOW AN ITEMS QUALITY
I avoid crappy, damaged and junk, with the exception of still collectable items, and damage, wear etc. Through our experience with eBay, we check each item carefully and describe their conditions accurately, so you have no surprises. HOW TO SHOPPING WITH US
We are easy to shop from. Let your fingers do the walking through the photo albums of this site, arranged in categories. There are often multiple photos of the actual items, description of the item, full disclosure of the condition of each item and price. When you see something you want to buy, and we know you will, simply send a PM (Personal Message) and we can arrange the purchase, book your pickup time, etc. Please call ahead for address/directions, and we appreciate if you have exact change ready. We do not reserve or hold items. Unless the full price is prepaid through PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account, get one they are very safe and work great for internet and non-internet money transferring. You may request a Half-Way Delivery Optional where for $10, I'll bring the items about 1/2 way to you by mutual arrangement. This option is only available when item and fee are prepaid by PayPal. We do actively list on eBay. When an item of ours is listed on eBay we will identify it as 'eBay' because it is temporarily unavailable. For the item to be available again the auction listing must end and only if it did not sell. Any pricing of my items you may find on eBay site is unrelated to pricing here. You'd be comparing apples and oranges. I list on eBay US not eBay Canada; in $US; listing and transaction fees; listing generator fee; shipping & handling costs; etc.; total pricing accounts for all these factors. If you find my eBay listing is a better deal you can always bid there. (Note - there is no pick-up option on my eBay listings)
PAYMENTS
Once you commit to a purchase, we do expect total payment, pricing is non-negotiable, as we already price low and fair. We accept cash and PayPal only. Any refunds are only offered if our description does not accurately reflect the item and condition. Deadbeats will be flagged then blocked and also reported on all appropriate area Blacklist sites. Since we invite shoppers from several other local Re-Sale sites as well, our site may not be exactly up to date. We do try our best to be accurate. Our inventory is growing as we find more unique items of interest. It will take some time to get everything listed. Check back often to see what is new in the categories you are interested. We are always adding more.
