What a pleasure it is to help a client cross off a task from the 'honey-do' list...even if there isn't a 'honey' to do it. Accompanied her to Home Depot to select new 'thrones'. We discussed factors she had not previously considered; flush options and heights. It was so satisfying to see how excited she was about her new toilets; and her own toilet that was the appropriate height for her (she's a tall lady), which means she'll be safe and comfortable getting up and down from it. Happy to help at every stage, from purchase to installation.

This 1970's bungalow had great bones, but it needed some love and a remodel. We loved working with these clients to increase the functionality of the home and modernize it!

Here's what we did:
1. New flooring, new tile, consistent paint color throughout, new ceilings (feature in living room and bathrooms), new cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms
2. Remodel Kitchen - removed patio doors and replaced with gas stove and more storage.
3. Remodel Pantry - changed access, created new built-in shelves and added a modern barndoor.
4. Remodel Bedroom - changed access to create a 'dressing-room' closet off the principle suite. Added built-in closet storage.
5. Remodel upstairs living room - removed corner fireplace and replaced with modern slate tile hearth and wood-burning stove.
6. Remodel Ensuite Bathroom - removed corner shower and replaced with modern tiled shower complete with niche and built-in open shelving. Removed the single vanity and replaced with Jack & Jill vanities.
7. Painted the exterior and doors
8. Remodel pathway - removed paver steps, re-levelled and created modern (safe) pathway to front door.
9. Backyard - NEW 22'x36' garage. Fresh landscaping with new sod, edged perennial beds and new screen trees.

This property was purchased for $280K in 2018. It resold in 2024 for $560K.

Privileged to complete a new flooring install for a client in Cranbrook before Christmas. While they were on vacation, I worked all week to ensure they came home to a fresh new look in their home, complete with re-installed and painted trim. Furniture and appliances restored in place and all waste product disposed of prior to their return. Extra product left on-site for refund at client discretion.
Warms my heart to check something off the 'honey-do' list, especially before the holidays!
