Taking My Own Advice

You know that advice you give everyone else because obviously you know better?

Yeah.

I need to start listening to myself. 😂

Especially when it comes to this little corner of the internet.

Don’t take it personally.
Worry less.
Stop giving criticism the same weight as a compliment.
Breathe.

And maybe most importantly…

Nobody is thinking about your awkward post nearly as much as you are.

They saw your reel.
They saw your weird little face.
They saw you trying something new.

And then they went back to making their own coffee and worrying about their own lives. 😂

So I’m officially taking my own advice.

For myself, for Geek’eh Goods, and especially for all my fellow small-business mamas and papas who sometimes need the reminder that showing up imperfectly is still showing up.

Apparently I needed to hear this today.
