**Depending on location we offer Door/ porch drop off for a fee**
**All order pickups/deliveries will be scheduled after 4pm Monday through Friday only**
**Closed Saturday , Sunday & Holidays**
**New or existing orders will NOT be worked on and or designed on weekends or Holidays

**Orders paid for on a Friday will be worked on that day and continued to be worked on the following business day**
**some exceptions apply**

**Any and all orders placed on the weekend or a Holiday will be worked on and or designed the following business day **

**Please allow 5-7 business days not including Holidays for turnaround time AFTER payment **
**Rush order is available if need be for a Fee**

**Payments will be paid in Full by EMT (E-Transfer) upon placing your order to secure your order & for contactless payment . Once payment is received an invoice for proof of purchase will be sent and your order is now in process, **Refunds/returns **are NOT available due to the custom work being done. Once you place your order & paid, your now committed to it**
