🏍️🇨🇦 CHEERING ON THE ROLLING BARRAGE! 🇨🇦🏍️

Today we want to give a huge shoutout to The Rolling Barrage PTSD Foundation and every rider, volunteer, supporter and community along their incredible coast-to-coast journey.

The Rolling Barrage brings Veterans, serving members, First Responders and supporters together on an annual motorcycle ride across Canada to raise awareness, break the stigma surrounding PTSD, and support those affected by the mental health injuries that can come from serving our country and communities. ❤️

As an organization dedicated to creating connection and wellness for Veterans and First Responders, their mission is one that hits very close to home for us at Veteran Owned Charters.

We are incredibly grateful for the work they do, the conversations they start, and the sense of belonging and camaraderie they create along the way.

👏 We're cheering you on every kilometre!

We had such a great time being part of the event and genuinely felt like part of the Valhalla community. The conversations, the laughs, and the incredible welcome meant so much to us.

Spartan Wellness is proud to partner up with Veteran Owned Charters to host Wellness on the Water on Friday, September 18 from 10AM-2PM at in . 🛥⚓

This Community Care Squad event is FREE for Spartan Wellness patients, veterans, first responders and frontline workers.

Join owners Heather Hollis and Sgt. (Ret’d) Geoffery Hollis, C.D., for a scenic peer to peer outing on the St. Lawrence River, complete with lunch and snacks!

We are truly grateful for 'Dare to Dream" a 1980 Trojan F44....

She has allowed us to launch into the charity and truly start to make a difference!

For those that do not know our current plan is a 3 tiered system.

Tier 1:

Day trips along the St.Lawrence. This allows us to take larger families and see how they enjoy boatlife! We can stay on the dock or cruise around the islands. Generally leaving at 10 am and docking again around 2-3 pm.

Tier 2:

If we liked you and you think boatlife is for you! We can take a longer cruise up to Brockville or even Kingston. Stopping along the way, experiencing the Iroquois locks and much more. This is limited in how many people you can bring based on sleeping arrangements.

Tier 3:

Once we upgrade our girl to a Catamaran, we will offer longer durations for families to enjoy various parts of the voyage down and yes including the Bahamas!

This is where your donations will go!
Aka to a Capital investment that will allow us the ability to purchase a safer, more fuel efficient and family friendly vessel!

⚓️ This weekend we did things a little different! 🏕

Doing our first ever hybrid programming of camping and boating!

Its one of the reasons we love where we are!

There is so much to offer without even leaving the dock! So YES that is an option!

It allows us to truly tailor our programming to the invidivual and their family!

🇨🇦 This weekend was a reminder of why we do what we do.

We had the incredible honour of helping three Veterans reconnect with old friends from across Canada.

Three Veterans. Three friendships. Three reminders that the bonds formed through service don’t have to disappear with distance or time.

For us, being part of those moments is something we don’t take for granted. We are truly honoured to play even a small role in creating opportunities for Veterans to reconnect, share stories, laugh together, and simply enjoy the company of people who understand.

Sometimes wellness isn’t about saying the right words.

Sometimes it’s about bringing the right people back together. ⚓️🇨🇦

We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who helps make these moments possible.

This is why we’re here. This is Veteran connection.

Last night, we were genuinely speechless.

The phone rang, and when we looked down, we saw calling.

When you're the new kids on the dock, a call from people who have already navigated these waters means everything.

Instead of guarding their hard-earned knowledge, they shared it freely—offering encouragement, advice, and reminding us that we're not sailing this journey alone.

Their experience is invaluable, but their generosity is even greater.

To everyone at , thank you for taking the time to support a small Canadian charity. Your kindness and leadership won't be forgotten.

We're proud to be on the same mission—supporting those who have served. Here's to veterans helping veterans, no matter how many miles of ocean separate us. 🇨🇦🤝🇦🇺
