Someone stopped by yesterday with a few items they were looking to part with, and these two rods were part of the haul.

He told us they were made by Gaston Theriault — the boat builder behind GT Boats (famous for his duck boats) — they were used for trolling. Pretty neat piece of history! 🎣

🚨‼️IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL BOAT/PWC OWNERS.
Changes have been made to Pleasure Craft Licences:
• pleasure craft licences now have an expiry date of 5 years (does not affect expiry date on existing licences) THIS DOESN’T APPLY TO YOUR OPERATORS CARD.
• all licences without an expiry date have been given an expiry date
• a $24 fee is required to complete a new, renewed, transferred or duplicated pleasure craft licences application
• if the information on your licence changes, you must update it within 30 days (updating your licence information is free).
