A fun surprise before we set sail last night! Our Virgin Voyages BDM, Ivan, stopped by the ship with some fun swag to kick off our sailing. Such a thoughtful way to start the adventure!

For those who may not know, BDM stands for Business Development Manager. They are the connection between travel advisors and travel suppliers, helping us stay informed about the latest offerings, promotions, training, and updates.

Building strong relationships with BDMs is an important part of what I do as a travel advisor. These connections give me access to valuable product knowledge, support, and resources that help me better serve my clients.

Out of the office and at sea!

I will be boarding Virgin Voyagesโ€™ Brilliant Lady today with a group of fellow travel advisors and some clients, sailing down the Pacific Coast, and I will be away until September 19.

I will have very limited access to my voicemail but will still be checking email and WhatsApp when I can. Response times may be a little slower than usual while Iโ€™m enjoying some time onboard and experiencing more of what Virgin Voyages has to offer firsthand.

If you are travelling while Iโ€™m away and need assistance, please reach out. For anything that can wait, Iโ€™ll be back to my regular schedule on September 19.
