Carbon fiber hard sided tent is a game changer! With this rectangle model the size can be customized when you order. Ours is 1500 mm x 2500 mm with pass through and weighs around 85 kg. Would you install a hard sided tent like this on your rig?

Custom Roof Tent Fl**ge ⛺️

I needed a custom pass through fl**ge for our carbon fiber hard sided roof tent so I scanned the roof opening using the 3DeVOK MT scanner, modelled in fusion and printed in 6 pieces on the Bambu Lab H2S and H2C 3D printers using ASA filament. We then adhered the pieces with ASA slurry, sanded and painted, then installed the D-ring gasket. Interior trim ring on the way as well as solar and roof deck! We now offer these in custom sizes for others as well.

Is this the best way to scribe a curved wall panel? 🤔

We’ve tried most every contour gauge and scribe tool out there for tracing curved walls in the van 🚐 and this one is our favourite! It allows quick and easy tracing onto cardboard that can then be used as a template to cutout Baltic birch using a jigsaw. 🪚

Let us know what you think! Do you have a better solution?

Custom Tacoma Switch Mount📱

I removed the sunglasses holder and scanned the upper console using the Creality3DScanner Sermoon P1 scanner in 22 cross line laser mode, modelled in Autodesk Fusion and printed on the Creality K2 Pro at 0.2 mm layer height using Eryone3d_official ASA-GF filament. The mount was engraved using the LaserPecker LP5 fiber laser. It was designed to fit the sPOD Bantam X HD switch panel but could easily be modified to fit others.

What should we scan and make next? 🤔
