Day 🖐🏻 of our Road Trip Coffee Crawl, and what a fun day!
We woke up in Cowichan Bay, and made our way to for coffee and a visit! We’ve been working with Andy and the team for years now, and they are such a wonderful team to work with. Their roasting just hits for instant, and the recent geisha they did as instant was so good! Their packaging also always makes us smile, so that alone makes us happy everytime we pack coffee for them.
Meeting coffee people we have the pleasure of working with is such a gift. It reminds us that the hard days of owning a business are worth it, and that this little instant project that has grown so much has brought joy to many people outside of what we see day to day. It’s been icredibly inspiring to meet so many people in the industry, and see their spaces!
After coffee, we figured it’s a goat kinda day, so we hit up Goats on the Roof on our way up north to a collab we’ve been very excited about!
We are partnering with Beyond Sailing for their upcoming race to Alaska. Their trip could take anywhere from 6-15 days, and is going to be an amazing adventure! While the weather did not cooperate for us to be able to go sailing, we had a blast checking out the boat, and learning from Maxime. He taught us a lot about sailing - the process, the lifestyle, and the joys that come from it! We’re so stoked to follow their journey to Alaska! If you’re ever in the area, they do trainings, and excursions (day trips and overnight!)
