🚗 Another vehicle delivery completed — and this one definitely came with a few challenges!
We were scheduled to pick up a vehicle from OPENLANE Halifax and deliver it to a customer in Nova Scotia.
When we arrived, we discovered the vehicle had a completely dead battery. We got it charged and ready to go — but then found another issue: the licence plate was missing.
Instead of cancelling or delaying the job, we worked with our client, made a trip to Access Nova Scotia, arranged a replacement plate, and got everything sorted out.
The original vehicle ultimately couldn't complete the delivery as planned, so we adapted again — and successfully delivered a replacement vehicle to the customer.
✅ Dead battery — handled
✅ Missing licence plate — handled
✅ Access Nova Scotia trip — handled
✅ Replacement vehicle — delivered
✅ Customer taken care of
Vehicle delivery isn't always just about getting behind the wheel and driving from A to B. Sometimes it's about solving problems and getting the job done.

🔋 Flat battery? Sometimes, a little help makes a big difference.

A client recently contacted Pass The Keys after her car battery went flat. She needed someone to start her vehicle and take it for a 40–50 minute drive to help recharge it.

We were happy to take care of it and give her one less thing to worry about. 🚗💙
