We would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed responses to some of the messages and inquiries sent to our page over the past few months..
With the peak summer travel season, we experienced a significant influx of inquiries, bookings, flight assistance, and other travel-related concerns. Unfortunately, some messages were unintentionally missed along the way. We also encountered a few technical difficulties that affected our ability to properly track and respond to some conversations.
Today, we were finally able to fully backtrack and review our unread and unreplied messages dating back to May, and we sincerely apologize to everyone who had to wait much longer than usual for a response. 🙏🏻
