We’re proud to deliver another completed project. This De Havilland Turbo Beaver, S/N 1687 (TB-55), received a complete repaint, a fully restored interior, and all necessary inspection work before returning to service.Thank you to our customer for choosing Skywrench Aviation for this project.

ONE MONTH TO GO!

The countdown is on! Join us for the Iroquois Falls Fly-In on Saturday, August 15th from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM at CNE4 Airport & Frederick-house Lake.

Whether you’re flying in on floats or wheels, or just coming out to enjoy a day around airplanes, we’d love to see you there!

Here’s what to look forward to:
- Flight demonstration by Drake Aircraft Adventures featuring their KFA Safari XL at 12:00 PM
- Free shuttle between the airport and float plane parking
- Smoked meat food truck on site
- Industry Showcase Table inside the terminal featuring local aviation businesses, organizations, and career opportunities in Northern Ontario aviation.

- Rain date: Sunday, August 16th

We’re also looking for a few volunteers to help with marshalling, shuttle coordination, setup, and general event support. If you can spare a couple of hours and would like to help make this year’s Fly-In a success, send me a message!

Whether you’re a pilot, an aviation enthusiast, considering a career in aviation, or just looking for a great family outing, there’s something for everyone.

Big thank you to White River Air for trusting us with the care and refurbishment of another Beaver.

This project included a full repaint on the aircraft and floats, a complete instrument panel refurbishment, interior work, and a long list of details throughout the rebuild process. Seeing these classic aircraft come back to life and head back to work looking this good is always something we take pride in.

We appreciate the continued support and look forward to keeping your fleet flying strong.

The 2026 Iroquois Falls Fly-In is officially on the calendar!

This year is shaping up to be an exciting one, with a tentative flight demonstration from Drake Aircraft Adventures featuring their Super STOL KFA Safari XL (check out the photo in the comments).

We’ll also have local aviation vendors on site providing information, offering a great opportunity to connect, learn, and explore what’s happening in the aviation community.
