Meet Schnitzel — a sweet, low-key cuddle candidate and professional couch ornament.
He can be shy at first, preferring to observe from a safe distance like he’s doing quality control on the household. But once he feels safe, he transforms into a deeply affectionate, soft little lovebug who suddenly forgets he ever had trust issues.
Schnitzel has lived with other cats and may enjoy a calm feline companion who respects his “no drama, please” policy. He would thrive in a quiet, predictable home where the only excitement is snack time and blanket adjustments.
If you’re looking for a gentle soul who slowly becomes your shadow (and your couch mate), Schnitzel is your guy. 🐾

Every company has policies and procedures in place for a reason, and those policies must apply fairly and consistently to everyone. While we understand that not every outcome will be what a customer hoped for, disagreeing with a policy does not make a business dishonest or uncaring.
Unfortunately, in today’s world, when someone doesn’t get the answer they want, the immediate reaction is often to leave a negative review or publicly criticize the company. Reviews should reflect genuine service experiences, not simply frustration over policies that were clearly stated and equally applied to all customers.
Small businesses work hard to remain fair, professional, and sustainable while navigating rising costs and challenges every day. Respectful communication goes much further than hostility, and understanding that employees are often following company policy—not acting personally—can make a big difference for everyone involved.

At J and L Shuttle, we truly value our customers and understand how frustrating travel disruptions can be. We always strive to be fair and reasonable, especially when plans change unexpectedly. However, as a small, locally operated business, we also have to be mindful of the real costs involved in providing reliable service.
When delays or cancellations occur due to airline issues, those circumstances are unfortunately beyond our control. While we empathize with the inconvenience this causes, the responsibility for those disruptions ultimately lies with the airline, not with independent service providers like us.

We kindly remind everyone that patience and understanding go a long way when interacting with those working in the service industry. Many situations employees face are outside of their control, and they are often doing their best to resolve issues as quickly and effectively as possible.
Responding with courtesy and respect helps create a more positive experience for everyone involved. Being rude or confrontational rarely solves the problem and can instead escalate the situation, making it more difficult to reach a timely resolution. A calm, respectful approach encourages cooperation and allows staff to focus on finding the best possible outcome.
We appreciate your understanding and thank you for treating service professionals with the same respect and patience you would hope to receive.
